The following terms, when used in this article, shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly requires otherwise: (1) 'Director' means the Director for the Division of Savannah Valley Development. (2) 'Division' means the Division of Savannah Valley Development. (3) 'Secretary' means the Secretary of Commerce.
