The Commission shall elect one of its members as chairman, one as vice-chairman, and one of its members, or any other competent person, as secretary of the Commission. The chairman and vice-chairman of the Commission shall serve for a term of one year and until their successors are appointed and qualify. HISTORY: 1980 Act No. 391, Section 3, eff April 30, 1980.
