The revenue from the twelve dollar additional assessments imposed pursuant to Section 56-5-2995 must be distributed as follows: (1) eighty-four percent to the Department of Disabilities and Special Needs for the Head and Spinal Cord Injuries Family Support Program; and (2) sixteen percent to the Department of Health and Environmental Control for Emergency Medical Services - Aid to Counties, restricted.
