§ 15-35-860

The clerk of court shall forthwith enroll all appointments and revocations of appointments of attorneys filed under Sections 15-35-840 and 15-35-850 and shall enter on the abstract of judgments a reference thereto and shall receive a fee of twenty-five cents for every such entry to be paid by the judgment creditor at the time of such filing.
