§ 17-22-340

Each circuit solicitor may establish an Office of Traffic Education Program Coordinator whose responsibility is to assist in the establishment and maintenance of the traffic education program. HISTORY: 2008 Act No. 176, Section 2, eff 90 days after Governor's approval (approved February 4, 2008).
