§ 17-30-60

Any electronic, mechanical, or other device used, sent, carried, manufactured, assembled, possessed, or sold in violation of this chapter may be seized and forfeited to the State. HISTORY: 2002 Act No. 339, Section 14, eff July 2, 2002.
