§ 23-1-40

Of the amounts appropriated as salaries for municipal law-enforcement officers and county law-enforcement officers the sum of five dollars per day for each such officer is hereby designated as subsistence for each day of active duty. HISTORY: 1962 Code Section 53-2.2; 1958 (50) 1929.
