There is hereby established a Judicial Planning Committee whose membership shall be appointed by the Supreme Court in accordance with the Crime Control Act of 1976 (P.L. 94-503) so long as it is in effect. The Chief Justice or his designee shall serve as chairman of the committee. The members of the J.P.C. shall serve at the pleasure of the Supreme Court. HISTORY: 1978 Act No. 443, Section 1.
