The State Arson Control Program, which must be implemented on July 1, 1984, has the following duties and responsibilities: (1) The investigation of all fires involving state-owned property. (2) Investigations directed by the Governor. (3) The investigation of fires where there is a request from a municipal or county official. HISTORY: 1984 Act No. 512, Part II, Section 49B.
