§ 24-28-10

There is hereby established a committee to be known as the Sentencing Reform Oversight Committee, hereinafter called the oversight committee, which must exercise the powers and fulfill the duties described in this chapter. HISTORY: 2010 Act No. 273, Section 62, eff June 2, 2010.
