There is established the South Carolina Military Museum, located at one or more locations in the State as selected by the State Adjutant General. The museum is governed by the South Carolina Military Museum Board composed of seven members. Five members must be appointed by the Adjutant General for terms concurrent with that of the Adjutant General. The Adjutant General and the President of the South Carolina National Guard Association shall serve as members ex officio. HISTORY: 1981 Act No. 57, Section 1; 1998 Act No. 319, Section 1.
