A person who is not an incorporator may not become a member of a corporation not-for-profit unless the person agrees to use the services furnished by the corporation when the service is available through its facilities. The bylaws of a corporation not-for-profit may provide that a person, including an incorporator, ceases to be a member if he fails or refuses to use the services made available by the corporation. The bylaws may prescribe additional qualifications and limitations in respect to membership. HISTORY: 2000 Act No. 404, Section 2.
