§ 33-36-440

Each member is entitled to one vote on each matter submitted to a vote at a membership meeting. Voting must be in person, unless the bylaws provide specifically for voting by proxy and the conditions under which proxy voting may be exercised. HISTORY: 2000 Act No. 404, Section 2.
