§ 33-46-60

This chapter must be construed liberally. The enumeration of any object, purpose, power, manner, method, or thing must not be deemed to exclude like or similar objects, purposes, powers, manners, methods, or things. HISTORY: 1994 Act No. 392, Section 1.
