(a) Each license shall state the address at which the business is to be conducted and shall state fully the name of the licensee, and if the licensee is a copartnership or association, the names of the members thereof, and if a corporation, the date and place of its incorporation. Each license shall be kept posted in the licensed place of business and shall not be transferable or assignable. (b) Each license shall remain in full force and effect until surrendered, revoked or suspended as hereinafter provided. Each licensee shall, on or before the first day of each February, pay to the Board the sum, as prescribed by the Board, for each license held by the licensee as a license renewal fee for the current year, computed as of December thirty-first of the preceding calendar year.
