The board of directors of a state savings bank may change the location of a branch office or the principal office of the state savings bank with the prior written approval of the board. The board may request, and the state savings bank must provide, information that the board determines is necessary to evaluate the request. HISTORY: 1997 Act No. 90, Section 1, eff June 10, 1997.
