The Commissioner may establish reasonable fees for filings required or permitted by regulation or order adopted pursuant to this chapter, and other miscellaneous filings for which no fees are otherwise specified by law. HISTORY: 2024 Act No. 218 (S.1031), Section 1, eff July 2, 2024.
