If a registration is revoked or renewal is denied, the affected discount medical plan organization may request a reinstatement hearing after a minimum of one year. The department may reinstate or renew the registration only if the cause of the nonrenewal or revocation has been corrected. HISTORY: 2006 Act No. 377, Section 1, eff January 1, 2007.
