(A) Except as provided in subsection (B), the provisions of this subarticle apply to any health insurance plan which provides coverage to one or more employees of a small employer. (B) The provisions of this subarticle do not apply to individual health insurance policies which are subject to policy form and premium rate approval as may be provided in Title 38.
