The producer of each Associated Auto Insurers Plan must provide on a form promulgated by the director of the Department of Insurance the information as follows: (1) the name of one other insurance agent and/or insurer representative who has rejected the applicant for automobile insurance; (2) if the producer has at least one voluntary market for automobile insurance, the producer must provide the application to at least one voluntary market used by that producer and the application must be rejected; (3) the reason why the applicant is submitting an application to the Associated Auto Insurers Plan. Such reason shall include data on traffic violations, accidents and/or reasons as to why the voluntary market has not provided coverage. HISTORY: 1997 Act No. 154, Section 21(A).
