The director may promulgate regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of this article. Regulations promulgated pursuant to this section do not affect a SPFC insurance securitization in effect at the time of the promulgation. HISTORY: 2004 Act No. 291, Section 28, eff July 29, 2004.
