Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or imprisonment for not more than three months, or both. HISTORY: 1987 Act No. 155, Section 6, eff January 1, 1988.
