(A) A violation of this chapter constitutes an unfair trade practice pursuant to Section 39-5-20. (B) A public or private right or remedy prescribed by Chapter 5 may be used to enforce this chapter. HISTORY: 2022 Act No. 146 (H.3859), Section 1, eff April 25, 2022.
