No person may: (1) use or have in possession for use in commerce an incorrect weight or measure; (2) sell or offer for sale for use in commerce an incorrect weight or measure; (3) remove a tag, seal, or mark from a weight or measure without specific written authorization from the proper authority; (4) hinder or obstruct a weights and measures official in the performance of his duties; (5) violate this chapter or regulations promulgated pursuant to it.
