Each county adopting such an ordinance shall establish, in conjunction with local highway patrol officials and the sheriff's office, an orderly procedure for dispatching a wrecker to the scene of an accident as provided for in Section 4-18-10. HISTORY: 1978 Act No. 551 Section 2.
