In addition to powers and duties provided in Article 1, Chapter 1, the board may: (1) establish a time limit beyond which an initial complaint may not be considered; (2) establish a procedure for receiving complaints which protects the anonymity of the person filing the complaint; (3) order an entity or individual found in violation of this chapter or a regulation promulgated under this chapter to take remedial action; (4) establish guidelines for identifying substandard construction work.
