A licensee under investigation for a violation of this chapter or a regulation promulgated under this chapter may voluntarily surrender the license to practice in accordance with and subject to the provisions of Section 40-1-150. HISTORY: 2010 Act No. 249, Section 1, eff June 11, 2010.
