Unless otherwise provided for in this chapter, Article 1, Chapter 1 of Title 40 applies to the regulation of manufactured home manufacturers, manufactured home retail dealers, manufactured home sales persons, and manufactured home contractors, installers, and repairers. If there is a conflict between this chapter and Article 1, Chapter 1 of Title 40, the provisions of this chapter control. HISTORY: 2001 Act No. 61, Section 1.
