(A) A licensed establishment shall only employ or contract with a massage therapist holding an active license in good standing in this State to perform massage therapy. (B) A licensed establishment may operate in the residence of a licensed massage therapist in accordance with procedures approved by the board. (C) If an establishment's license is revoked, then no new license may be issued to operate on the same premises for one year after the date of revocation. (D) The board may promulgate regulations to establish additional requirements and prohibitions regarding the operation of massage therapy establishments and sole practitioner establishments.
