§ 40-45-90

For the purpose of an investigation or proceeding under this chapter, the board or a person designated by the board may subpoena witnesses, take evidence, and require the production of any documents or records which the board considers relevant to the inquiry. HISTORY: 1998 Act No. 360, Section 1.
