§ 40-5-50

All rules and regulations promulgated and adopted under the terms of Sections 40-5-20 and 40-5-40 shall be filed with the clerk of the Supreme Court and shall not be effective until the lapse of three months after they are so filed. Upon such rules and regulations becoming effective, they shall supersede all laws or parts of laws in conflict therewith to the extent of the conflict. HISTORY: 1962 Code Section 56-99; 1957 (50) 553.
