The Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation shall provide all administrative, fiscal, investigative, inspection, clerical, secretarial, and license renewal operations and activities of the board pursuant to Chapter 1. HISTORY: 2010 Act No. 196, Section 1, eff June 1, 2010.
