§ 40-6-120

(A) The commission, in addition to the authority granted to it pursuant to Section 40-1-120, may deny, suspend, revoke, or restrict a license and may assess a fine in accordance with Section 40-6-210. The authority of the commission to revoke or suspend a license for violation of this chapter or a regulation promulgated under this chapter includes the authority to place a licensee on probation upon conditions to be determined by the commission. (B) A final order of the commission finding that a licensee is guilty of any offense charged in a formal accusation becomes public knowledge except for a final order dismissing the accusation or imposing a private reprimand. (C) The commission may impose a civil fine of up to five thousand dollars for each violation of a provision of this chapter or a regulation promulgated under this chapter; however, the total fines may not exceed ten thousand dollars.
