A person found in violation of this chapter or regulations promulgated pursuant to this chapter may be required to pay costs associated with the investigation and prosecution of the case in accordance with Section 40-1-170. HISTORY: 2010 Act No. 249, Section 2.A, eff June 11, 2010.
