In addition to the powers and duties enumerated in Sections 40-1-70 through 40-1-100, the board shall: (1) regulate the issuance of speech-language pathology and audiology licenses; (2) promulgate regulations and establish policies and procedures necessary to carry out this chapter; and (3) discipline licensees in any manner permitted by this chapter or under Sections 40-1-110 through 40-1-150.
