(A) The department by regulation shall determine the form and content of: (1) the licenses issued under this chapter; and (2) notices required to be posted under this section. (B) The license issued under this chapter must be posted in a conspicuous place in the principal place of business in this State of the licensee. The licensee shall display, in a place that is in clear and unobstructed public view, a notice stating that the business operated at the location is licensed and regulated by the department and that any questions or complaints should be directed to the department.
