(A) A person licensed pursuant to this article may use the title 'Licensed Psycho-educational Specialist' and the letters 'LPES' following his or her name. (B) It is unlawful for a person who is not licensed in accordance with this article to use the title 'Licensed Psycho-educational Specialist'.
