Events or exhibitions in which weapons are used are unlawful in this State. A person violating this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be punished in accordance with the provisions of Section 40-81-200. HISTORY: 2003 Act No. 28, Section 1; 2009 Act No. 57, Section 7.
