A person found in violation of this chapter or a regulation promulgated pursuant to this chapter may be required to pay costs associated with the investigation and prosecution of the case in accordance with Section 40-1-170. HISTORY: 2024 Act No. 187 (S.241), Section 1, eff May 21, 2024.
