In each case where the penalty is not paid within thirty days, the Attorney General shall bring an action against the assessed employer. Any amounts collected shall be turned over to the State Treasurer for deposit in the General Fund of the State. HISTORY: 1962 Code Section 40-274; 1971 (57) 505.
