The department must: (A) print and make available for public distribution the text of Chapters 27 through 41 of this title and its: (1) regulations; (2) annual reports to the Governor and General Assembly; and (3) other material the department considers relevant and suitable; or (B) make the information required by subsection (A) available on its Internet website.
