§ 41-43-60

Meetings of the board shall be held at times and in places as the board determines. The board must meet at least one time in each calendar quarter. Meetings of the board may be held by means of conference telephone or any means of communication by which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other at the same time and participation by such means constitutes presence in person at the meetings. A majority of the board then in office constitutes a quorum at any meeting. Approval of a majority of the board then in office is required to take action. HISTORY: 1983 Act No. 145 Section 7.
