The authority must implement the programs of this act as soon as practicable. The authority must exercise care in the performance of its duties and the selection of specific programs and business enterprises to receive its assistance. The authority may delegate its authority to implement the programs authorized to any governmental agency or financial institution. The authority must retain ultimate responsibility and provide proper oversight for the implementation. HISTORY: 1983 Act No. 145 Section 9.
