A license to operate as an in-home care provider is: (1) not transferable or assignable; and (2) subject to suspension or revocation for failure to comply with a provision of this chapter or regulations promulgated by the department. HISTORY: 2011 Act No. 18, Section 1, eff May 11, 2011.
