(A) All in-state generators of infectious waste shall register with the department within ninety days after regulations are promulgated by the department. (B) Pursuant to regulations, all generators of infectious waste shall place proper, clearly legible, generator identification on all labels and containers of infectious waste before transfer or transportation.
