It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to drive any type of vehicle in a wilful or negligent manner through a field in which agricultural or silviculture products are planted. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in an amount not to exceed five hundred dollars or imprisoned for a term not to exceed ninety days.
