(1) Each licensed dealer shall maintain complete and current records to show all transactions of business as defined in item (1) of Section 46-41-10. All records shall be maintained on a daily basis as directed by the Commissioner. The Department of Agriculture shall by regulation establish the forms on which such records shall be kept. (2) All records shall be available for inspection by the Commissioner or his agents during ordinary business hours and any other time specified by the Commissioner or his agents in writing. (3) All records shall be kept for a period of not less than six years. Such records shall be kept for the stated time period even if a license has been canceled. HISTORY: 1981 Act No. 156 Section 23.
