Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in an amount not to exceed one thousand dollars or imprisoned for a term not to exceed six months or both. HISTORY: 1981 Act No. 178 Part II, Section 14.
