The Commissioner of Agriculture, hereinafter referred to as 'Commissioner,' shall regulate, as provided herein, the sale of livestock at auction and shall license for a fee of one dollar per year all public livestock sales establishments. HISTORY: 1962 Code Section 6-351; 1972 (57) 2381.
