The following words and phrases, as used in this article, shall have the following meanings, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) 'Livestock' includes neat cattle, horses, mules, asses, hogs, sheep and goats; and (2) 'Owner' and 'stock owner' mean any person who owns livestock.
